Fixed Plant Machine Operator Roster: 12-hour rotating shifts (2–2–3 swing): 2 days on → 2 days off → 3 nights on → 2 days off → 2 days on → extended time off each fortnight. Join a well-established WA manufacturer producing essential bricks, pavers, and roof tiles. This is a stable, long-term opportunity with ongoing work available. No previous machine operation experience required - full training provided Any proven work experience with a strong work ethic and positive attitude highly regarded You’ll work a continuous rotating roster with 12-hour shifts , offering strong work-life balance, including being home daily and every second weekend off.
